The Channel Company Welcomes Kumaran Ramanathan to Their Board of Directors

The Channel Company, a global provider of news, insights, strategy, events, and marketing services for the information technology industry, today announced the appointment of Kumaran Ramanathan to the company’s Board of Directors, effective October 1.
Ramanathan has deep experience as a senior leader of top technology media and marketing organizations and a proven record of success driving growth for global brands. Most recently, Ramanathan served six years as President of media and software provider Foundry, where he accelerated brand transformation by strengthening product offerings through complementary acquisitions. Prior to that, Ramanathan held impactful senior executive roles at Incisive Media, CMP Media, and VNU.

Ramanathan has decades of experience as an innovator and leader for iconic global media brands, including The Channel Company’s CRN and Computing brands. He has also worked on CIO, Computerworld, Network World, InfoWorld, CSO, PC World, and Macworld. As a member of The Channel Company Board of Directors, Ramanathan will share his insights and leadership on methodologies and technology strategies that build momentum in the funnel and drive revenue.
